Je n'arrive pas à trouver cette info donc je pose la questions aux judges qui le savent surement.
Jusqu'à quel lvl Pro a-t-on le droit de participer à un PTQ pour gagner le billet d'avion ?

Tu peux pas participer au PTQ si t'es déjà qualif. Et à partir du lvl 4 tu es déjà qualifié pour tous les PT.

Pouiiiiiiin... Matignon est lvl 4 est a participé au PTQ Tours hier.

A partir du lvl 4 tu reçois des invits à tous les PT.

Invitations, Eligibility, and Prize Money

Players already holding an invitation to Pro Tour–San Diego are prohibited from participating in any Pro Tour–San Diego Qualifiers, with the exception of Grand Prix tournaments. Players may have earned invitations through performance at a previous Pro Tour, Players Club membership level, winning a previous Qualifier or Grand Prix tournament, or by being an invited DCI player (valid upon the date of the official ratings invitation announcement for the appropriate professional tournament).

J'ai trouvé la réponse en fouillant un peu plus.

Invitations to Pro Tour-San Diego are awarded in the following manner:

- The 2009 World Champion.
- The 2009 Pro Tour Player of the Year.
- The Top 50 players from Pro Tour-Austin.
- The Top 50 players from the 2009 World Championship
- The members of the Top 4 teams (including alternate) from the 2009 World Championship.
- Players with 2010 Pro Tour Players Club level 6 or higher.
- Players with 2010 Pro Tour Players Club level 4* & 5* (invitation for level 4 & 5 players are not awarded until February 19, 2010).
- Players with 2010 Pro Tour Players Club level 3* are invited to 1 Pro Tour or World Championship of their choice in the 2010 season (invitation for level 3 players are not awarded until February 19, 2010).
- The Top 16 finishers of each Grand Prix tournament that feeds Pro Tour-San Diego.
- Players who earn invitations through Pro Tour-San Diego Qualifier tournaments.
- The Top 100 DCI-ranked players in the DCI Total format on January 6, 2010.

* Players with Pro Tour Players Club levels 3, 4 and 5 are allowed to play in Pro Tour qualifiers if their only invitation to the Pro Tour is due to their level in the Players Club (see below)

En gros, c'est à partir du lvl 6 que tu peux plus faire de PTQ (en même temps tu touches 1250$ de bonus d'apparition ce qui doit couvrir en partie voire en totalité le billet d'avion + hotel)
