C'est quoi le "wpn" ?

Wizards Play Network : le programme de jeu organisé officiel et chapeauté par Wizards.

Un tournoi WPN Premium est un tournoi compétitif majeur de ce programme, mais hors des circuits usuels (tels que Grand Prix ou Pro Tour). Ils ne sont accordés qu'aux plus haut niveau d'organisateurs, ont une dotation susceptible d'attirer des joueurs à des centaines de kilomètres à la ronde, et ont un facteur multiplicateur des points de planeswalker de 3.

Non, ce n'est pas suffisant, il faut en plus avoir eu un tournoi à 75+ joueurs, avoir un arbitre de niveau 2+ et une salle de 100+ joueurs à disposition :

The following additional requirements apply to WPN Premium Tournaments:

• Location must be Advanced level and have reported a single rated tournament with at least 75 unique players in the previous 12 months
  
• Event must use a Level 2+ certified Judge as head judge
  
• Event site must seat at least 100 players

MtG Outpost Masters Antwerp
This time round, Outpost Antwerp will be the stage for a weekend of pure Magic-fun, for lovers of all kinds of different formats. We start with a Super FNM, proceed with a Legacy Tournament, and conclude with a big Sealed Deck. Fun for all !

Our Outpost Masters are rapidly becoming a well-known tradition. The feedback we got from our players about Masters Brussels were very positive, so there was no reason to change much about the original concept. Just like last time, we start the weekend with a Super Friday Night Magic, where literally every player wins at least one sweet promo.

Saturday is Legacy-time. From 10h00 onwards, Legacy-lovers will compete for a very nice first price, being all ten Revised Dual Lands. Of course, there's much more cool things to win.

On Sunday we end the party with a big Sealed Deck Tournament. Big because of the price support, because we divide 1000 euro among the top-8 players. The winner goes home with 400 euro. Not bad if you ask me...

Je peux te prendre les deux jours. Tu n'abuses pas, au contraire ça permet de diviser les frais ce qui n'est pas négligeable, et surtout plus on est de fous, plus on rit.

Here are some of the rules questions asked during the event:

1) My opponent controls a Trinisphere. He then plays a spell, and I counter it with Force of Will, exiling a blue card and paying 1 life. Do I have to pay 3 manas too or not?
