4 October: PTQ Dewey - Sealed Deck Khans of Tarkir in Amsterdam!

On Saturday, the 4th of October Bazaar of Magic invites you to the Pro Tour Qualifier (PTQ) for Pro Tour "Dewey" in Washington DC. The format of this Pro Tour Qualfier is Sealed Deck with Khans of Tarkir.


Depending on the number of players we will be playing 7 rounds (128 or fewer players), 8 rounds (129-226 players) or 9 rounds (227 or more players). After these rounds there will be a single-elimination Top-8 Boosterdraft.

Registration:
There are two ways to register:

1. By paying in advance and making use of our Sealed pool registration service
You can use the option to pre-register via the website of Bazaar of Magic and pay in advance. We will make sure that your Sealed pool has already been registered, so you can start later. The starting time for players who registered and paid in advance is 10:30.

This special pre-registration is available until Thursday, October 2nd 23:59. Do not forget to mention your first name, last name and DCI number when you order!

2. By paying at the start of the event
You can register by posting in this topic, by email: info @ bazaarofmagic.nl or by phone: +31157370224. Please include your first name, last name and DCI number (without dashes and/or spaces) with your registration. If you do not have a DCI number, you will get one when you register at the event in Amsterdam.

You can only pay cash at the venue when you choose this registation option.

Food & Drinks:
Mercure Hotel Amsterdam offers an extensive range of consumptions. For this event we made sure some quick dishes are available for a cheap price. There will be sandwiches, fresh soup and a variety of hot dishes, including a vegetarian dish! Hotel Mercure Amsterdam will provide catering close to the play area so you will be able to eat or drink something quickly.

Please note it is allowed to bring your own food and drinks, but you can not consume these in the venue!

Prizes:
The winner of the tournament will receive an invitation to participate in Pro Tour "Dewey" in Washington DC, USA. In addition, the winner will receive a plane ticket for Pro Tour "Dewey" and 1000 bonus Planeswalker Points.

All Top-8 players will receive a special PTQ Top-8 playmat in addition to their other prizes.

For each player at least 3 Boosters Khans of Tarkir will be added to the prize pool. If more than 226 players will participate, we will add a lot of additional boosters to the prize pool. If more than 226 players will participate, the runner-up finalist will receive at least 3 Booster Boxes Khans of Tarkir.

Side Events:
Besides the PTQ you can play all day in single-elimination Boosterdrafts with Khans of Tarkir for 12.50 euros. With 1 win you'll receive 2 boosters, 2 wins is 3 boosters and 3 wins is 5 boosters.

Additionally, you can play all day in single-elimination Modern events for 5.00 euros. With 1 win you'll receive 2 boosters, 2 wins is 3 boosters and 3 wins is 5 boosters.

At the start of round 4 of the PTQ a Grand Prix Trial for the Grand Prix in Stockholm will start. The format is Standard. Participation is 10.00 euros and for each players 3 boosters and an amount for travel expenses for the winner is added to the prize pool.

Proposition d'horaires : 06h20 Derrière la gare de Namur ; 07h00 Avenue de la Chasse, 1040 Etterbeek, Bruxelles ; 09h00 Arrivée sur le lieu du tournoi pour l'ouverture des portes.
